Repair Mortar – ACT RM 104
ACT RM 104 is the factory prepared blend of carefully selected raw materials, special polymers to achieve a quick repair system and in proportion as per the IS guidelines and standards. It is designed to use with water to produce superior strength. ACT RM 104 achieves high strength in short time.
Uses
It is used to repair edges of columns & beams, ceiling surfaces etc damaged after deshuttering or due to other reasons. It cans also be used to repair the doors, windows edges and honey comb etc. The inconvenience caused by bringing all raw materials and mixing at different places, at different floors at large sites can be avoided by using ACT RM 104. It can be used advantageously on big sites where a good quality work is desired.

INSTALLATION

Ensure that the surface is clean and free of all dirt, oil, grease, concrete sealers etc. to avoid weak bonding.

Use required amount of ACT RM 104 with potable water. Take water in the container and slowly add the powder into the water while mixing by hand or with a slow speed mixer to a smooth, trowelable consistency. Keep the water content such that the mix is neither too stiff nor slurry. Use the mix immediately after mix.

Clean tools and containers with water while mortar is fresh. Clean tools after more than 15 minutes break.
