ADPRENE 1200 PU2
ADPRENE 1200 PU2 is a one component, solvent free, polyurethane injection grout ideally suitable for crack or water leaks in concrete and masonry structures. ADPRENE 1200 PU2 is to be injected with a one-component pump with 6 to 10% catalyst. Reaction with water yields a polyurethane hard foam (slightly flexible). The formation of gas makes the foam penetrate very well into the cracks. The reaction speed can be adapted easily by varying the accelerator or catalyst content from 6 to 10 %. The more catalyst is added, the faster the reaction proceed. The end product neither shrinks nor swells. A good compression strength is obtained in a very short time.

INSTALLATION
Surface Preparation
All surfaces should be, clean and free of all dirt, oil, grease, concrete sealers etc. All visible cracks, honey combs, loose concrete shall be removed and fixed with repair mortar. Remove the dust by compressed air or paint brush or wiping with water soaked cloth.
Mixing
Take the PART A 10 Kg in mixing vessel and stir it using heavy/medium duty slow speed mechanical mixer/ stirrer. In a mixing vessel, slowly add catalyst component 1 Kg and continue to stir thoroughly to achieve homogenous mix
Application
Pour the mixed material in pump feed tank and increase the pressure gradually till desired injection. Used the mix material as soon as possible.
STORAGE
Material should be stored off the ground in a dry area under controlled atmosphere (in hot temperature store at place less than 30 C).
* High humidity will reduce the shelf life of packed product.
